Something was probably recorded incorrectly, the manufacturer specifies NC for all. Thank you for pointing this out, we will have the error corrected as soon as possible.
The 30-day right of return applies here, but there is a discount for opened items, as we can no longer resell the item as new.
From my point of view, yes. My wife uses the headphones almost exclusively for telephoning, even on the train. Translated from the German with Deepl.
For opened packaging and secondhand products, at least 10% of the purchase amount will be deducted, even if you return the product to the shop. You can find more information here: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/guide/7
I agree with this question - the original ear tips are just bad!
Unfortunately, this can happen. As the promotions and the automated pricing system work separately from each other. This is how this unpleasant situation comes about. The price increase in this context is normal for this item.
Hi, We're sorry that you're having a problem with the sound. Depending on the smartphone app or computer application (for which HFP (Hands-free Profile)/HSP (Headset Profile) is required), you may only hear the voice from one headset unit. 1-Charge the earbuds. 2-Reset (restart) the playback device. As the playback device may not work temporarily, switch the device off and on again once. 3-Clear the Bluetooth device information of your playback device. 4-If the earphones are connected to a computer, check the following settings: For Microsoft® Windows® 11 operating system: -Open the Start menu and select Settings. -Select System. -Select Sound. - Scroll down to the "Advanced" menu and select "More sound settings". - On the "Playback" tab, select "Headphones" and click "Set as default device". For Windows® 10: - On the right side of the computer screen, right-click on the speaker icon. -Select "Open sound settings" and then -Select "Sound control panel". -Select the "Playback" tab to display the device list. -Select the headset labelled "Handsfree" and click on "Set as default device". -Select OK to close the settings screen. 5-Initialise the earbuds. If the problem persists, we recommend that you contact us directly. You can find the contact details on our support page. Sony Europe
Search for "Bluetooth audio adapter" and filter for "transmitter". This is the solution to your problem.
The best way to do this is to contact our customer service team directly. They will be happy to assist you with your request. https://www.galaxus.ch/help
Yes, according to our information this is possible.
Yes, you can use the headphones individually (left or right)
I have been using the earbuds for six months and find them easy to clean. The ear tips can be easily removed and cleaned with soapy water. They also have a kind of net in the centre to prevent earwax from getting into the earpiece.
The sound is significantly better than the Galaxy Buds 2
The latest generation also works perfectly on PCs, I often use it on my laptop or desktop (although these are all Windows devices)
Hi, yes, the headphones are compatible with the following iPhone models: iPhone SE (3rd generation) iPhone 13 Pro Max iPhone 13 Pro iPhone 13 iPhone 13 mini iPhone 12 Pro Max iPhone 12 Pro iPhone 12 iPhone 12 mini iPhone SE (2nd generation) iPhone 11 Pro Max iPhone 11 Pro iPhone 11 iPhone XS Max iPhone XS iPhone XR iPhone X iPhone 8 Plus iPhone 8 iPhone 7 Plus iPhone 7 iPhone SE iPhone 6s Plus iPhone 6s iPod touch (7th generation) Sony Europe
Hello, I recently bought these and I'm having exactly the same problems: the noise reduction is almost non-existent. I also have to push them very far into my ears to get a slight impression of noise reduction. If I deactivate it, I hear almost no difference. For voice assist, I had to go into the settings in the Sony app, System tab, Volca Assist, and choose "Mobile device voice assist function". Then, when I press and hold the right earpiece, Siri is activated.
Hi f1tsh0, on our support page you will find instructions on what to do if you have lost an earbud. Sony Europe
I ordered these (from Amazon, sorry Galaxus) and find them better than the original ones (more comfortable as they are softer): Memory Foam Ear Buds for Sony WF-1000XM5
I use the Comply Foam TrueGrip Pro Sony (TW-200-C) (they fit all wf 1000xm generation, they never chenged the diameter of the tip), like them more than the original sony ones. Available in CH f.e. @ k55.ch. Can't say why sony is not able to supply these spares - while stating in the manuel these are consumable parts - probably only can be explained by a total incompetence - especially after this would be a good after sales business considering the crazy prices they ask for a little piece of foamy rubber...
Digitec AG should actually know best, but certainly not the customers I would think. I think you should call customer service or the purchasing department at Digitec AG. That's all I can think of. With best regards
