With other products there are two prices because one is the CH version and one is the EU version. But I don't know if this is also the case here. However, there are no 2 versions. There is only 1 Pulse Elite.
Yes, they do. But can be connected to a mobile, PC or MAC via Bluetooth. With the PS5 only via dongle or jack plug.

I can hear my baby monitor through the headphones. The headphones do not have active noise cancellation.
It comes with a USB stick, simply plug it into the ps4.
It is the same for me via PS Link think there is still a fix coming

Yes, the Pulse Elite can be connected to the portal via Playstation Link. Unfortunately, the headset does not have a jack plug, but a USB receiver for other devices.
