My experience with other in-ear headphones is that they don't hold well in my ears. How "tight" is this model and has anyone tried a swim cap over it?

The product is unfortunately not to use ,the headphones do not fit and fall off again and again .Unfortunately! I have had much better experience with the product: Speedo mp3 player.
