If I understand your question correctly, you can play PAL and NTSC games on the PS3.
According to our information, the 12GB memory should not show any problems when playing online.
you can't put ps 1 or ps2 cds in the ps3 ultra slim but you can buy some ps 2 and 1 classics from the ps onlinestore and play them on the ps3

Gran Turismo 6 doesn't even fit on the 12GB, so I immediately installed another hard drive (320GB). But I can't say whether it's still available somewhere. It certainly comes with a power supply and an S-video cable (analogue). No HDMI cable, that has to be bought separately.
