It works fine with a A7II and the SEL85mm as well with a Sigma 24mm (both are bigger than your 50mm). I'm sure it will fit fine.
You can find the dimensions for the 135mm lens on the Sony website. I use the high-quality bag for my Alpha 7R II with the 24-105mm 4.0 FE G OSS lens attached.

I would judge this bag to be rather too big and therefore I recommend you to check the LCS-U21.
