Hi, my machine is now out of warranty and is making bad, loud noises... Where do I take a machine like this to be serviced? Are there any specialised partners? I can't find any information on the SMEG homepage. Thank you for your support.

Can anyone tell me how to descale the product without any problems? Sometimes I can't get the machine out of descaling mode. It always wants a new solution.

Helpful answer

I realised that the machine needs exactly the maximum amount of water according to the instructions in order to run the process correctly. I used less water at the beginning and had to top up accordingly. But in the end, the machine switched off automatically.
