The product includes a steam wand for milk frothing, so a separate milk frother is not required. The steam wand allows you to create milk foam for cappuccinos and other drinks directly with the machine. If you want a dedicated milk frother for additional features like preset programs or cold frothing, Smeg offers standalone models (e.g., SMF02CREU or MFF11), but these are optional accessories.

This is the new model ECF02, the first two pictures are outdated, thank you for pointing this out! I will forward them to the responsible department for revision. This coffee machine is an EU product and is supplied with a suitable CH adapter.🫡

I am not from Digitec but the whole thing is relatively simple. see below - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Digitec (or any other Swiss retailer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.
