On Friday last week I received the SIRUI K-20X ball head and I am partially satisfied with it. I wanted to know what the technical differences are compared to the SIRUI K-20II. In case I decide to return the SIRUI K-20X and buy the SIRUI K-20II what are the conditions for no return costs? Can I take the return to the same place where I picked it up without paying shipping costs?
