Questions about Shelly Plug S MTR Gen3 (White)

Unfortunately, Shelly does not manage to release new firmware for these devices. Since November 2025. I don't need Matter compatibility, I need the Bluetooth crap. Because with the current firmware, only half of the advertised functions work. Why only with the Plug S Gen 3 ? the other Shelly products Gen 2 and Gen 3 get new firmware. Maybe Shelly is working on too many construction sites... I only say Shelly Wall display kack

According to our information, no version with CH plug (type J) is currently available.

Same input to the Schuko plug. Can you write clearly whether adapters are included or not? Perhaps directly in the text. I didn't receive any adapters, which was a bit disappointing. Digitec is now sending me some - so good again 😊

As a rule, we always automatically supply CH adapters with Schuko plugs. We are sorry that this was not the case for you.🫶

Please answer my question above regarding input and output (3-pin CH plugs). I also need to be able to plug in 3-pin plugs for heating.

This is a Schuko plug. An appropriate adapter is required for this use.

According to our information, this is a Schuko plug. For the product to work in Switzerland, a corresponding adapter is required that converts from Schuko (type F) to the CH plug (type J).
