Hello, is the product on sale here version 2.0 of the Severin Filka KA 4852 or is it still the previous version? Thank you for your feedback.

Hello JuW613 It is the latest version currently available, i.e. 2.0. The only difference between 4852 and 4853 is the coffee pot: 4852 is the machine with the glass pot, 4853 is the machine with the stainless steel thermo pot (this version with thermo pot is probably not available in CH). I would also like to "follow up" again: The question about the water filters (see below) has not been answered. As you can see on the severin.com website, the water filter cartridges are an accessory that can be used with the water tank. I would therefore also like to know when digitec.ch will start offering these filters. Then there are several types of the machine: The machine with the thermos jug is offered at severin.com with this designation: KA4853. Will digitec.ch also offer this type? Or can I order the thermos jug and the to-go cup as accessories separately from digitec.ch? Thank you very much for your feedback!

Unfortunately, the KA 4853 version is no longer available from us, nor can you order it from Severin itself, the same applies to the ZB 5557 filter. However, you can order the thermos jug separately and use it with the KA 4852: Severin TK5554

Good day Can I also get the to-go mug and thermos jug accessories from digitec? Only the glass jug is mentioned in the scope of delivery. Thank you very much for your reply.

The mug Severin thermo mug (0.35 l) is currently no longer available. You can find the thermo jug here: Severin TK5554

Please contact our customer service, we may be able to obtain suitable spare parts from our supplier. According to my research, it is a Schuko plug, a suitable adapter for CH is included.
