Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any spare parts for this item in our range. I would recommend that you enquire directly with the manufacturer, they may be able to help you.
The difference between the Sennheiser RS 175 and the RS 175-U lies mainly in the name and the distribution channel, rather than in the hardware or features themselves.
### Designation and distribution channel
- The designation "RS 175-U" seems to be a variant or a specific model number used in certain regions or by specific retailers, but it does not indicate any significant differences in features or specifications compared to the standard RS 175.
### Features and specifications
- Both models, RS 175 and RS 175-U, have the same specifications, including 18 hours operating time, wireless connection, closed-back design, bass boost and surround sound modes, as well as the same audio connections (jack 3.5mm and optical TOSLINK).
### Price difference
- The price difference could be due to various factors, such as regional pricing policies, discounts or special offers from retailers.
Overall, there are no significant technical or functional differences between the RS 175 and the RS 175-U. The price difference is probably due to sales and marketing strategies.
In fact, we do not reserve prices and products when they are in the cart, so changes can also occur there if, for example, the daily price changes.
This article is very susceptible to fluctuations, so it can be assumed that the price will change again soon.
We always try to offer a market price, but unfortunately this is not always possible.
The product was previously offered at a very favourable price. Detailed information on why our prices may change can be found at the following link: https://www.galaxus.ch/de...
Should be possible in my estimation. However, I would enquire whether such headphones can also be bought without a charging station (transmitter) from Galaxus or another dealer. Depending on the amount of use, it may be worth buying a high-quality pair of headphones where you can replace worn parts.
Hello
I have been using the Sennheiser for 2 years. I only listen to music with them, but in fabulous quality (connected via optical cable directly to the CD player). So I don't know if they play synchronously. But I have no radio interruptions in the whole house, from the basement to the first floor. Even in the garden there is no problem up to a distance of about 15 m from the station. Unless there are bushes in the line of sight :-).
Greetings, WI
