Yes, my 30K from Digitec has USB-C. This can be used to charge the device and firmware updates are also possible.

Yes, voice control works. I have several 30K in use. But the voice control only works in English. This may be due to the setting. Carefully go through the user manual on this point again. Also make sure that the latest firmware is downloaded.
