Does the voice control work for you? So the "Hello Sena"? It doesn't work for me...

Yes, voice control works. I have several 30K in use. But the voice control only works in English. This may be due to the setting. Carefully go through the user manual on this point again. Also make sure that the latest firmware is downloaded.
