Are you playing a game that overloads the rx 580? If not, I would wait for the new cards from AMD. In the spring, the cheaper rdna2 cards will come onto the market. Regarding this card, I would recommend you to watch the review of Hardware unboxed on YouTube. I am very satisfied with the card myself. But if you can wait, then I would definitely do so. It's also possible that this card will be a lot cheaper when the new cards are released.

This is my system, mainboard msi B450, AMD RYZEN 5 3600, with 16gb RAM corsair RGB, the case is, corsair 220T with 3 Fan,s, looking for up to 300,.Euro a new graphics card, the power supply is from Seasonic 550 Watt full modular 80 Gold. Best to wait for the new cards from amd, if they can wait. Otherwise, pick one up in action. The new Ampere cards from NVidia are hardly suitable for the system you are describing, as their power supply unit unfortunately does not have the required power (rtx 3000 cards are extreme power guzzlers). In about two months you will get a card with rx 5700 xt performance for about 250 CHF.
