Digitec has sold tickets that they have not been awarded. They have miscalculated their sales figures.
The cheek of it is that they had put the cards on the homepage with a higher price and then sold and shipped these cards.
They did exactly the same thing with my MSI mainboard - what a nerve!
Unfortunately, we do not have an update at the moment. The other graphics cards will no longer be listed until the situation has calmed down a bit and we can offer them again without major delays.
New update: Status sent, tracking on mail does not yet work, i.e. was only recently entered and not yet properly synchronised in the mail tracking.
..... Hopes are rising to have the card by the weekend :)
I don't want to disappoint you, but not even all the tickets that were ordered in the first minute on 25.11.20 have been sent. I'm still waiting too, even though I was there in the first few seconds. That's just sad.
We are currently still waiting for an update from the responsible supplier. As soon as we have received further information on availability, we will immediately add it to our webshop.
A few cards could already be delivered to the first customers. We have no influence on what our customers do with the products after they have bought them. All staff members are on an equal footing with the customers, so staff members also have to pre-order normally, wait and are not given preferential treatment.
