Yes, the card will run on the board. Note, however, that the board only supports PCIE 3.0 and therefore the card may not be able to exploit its full potential. Also make sure that your power supply has enough power (min. 700W) and 2* 8 pin connectors. The card is 320mm long and must fit into your case. Depending on the CPU you have, this could be a bottleneck.
