I can't answer this question explicitly, but: Have you installed all updates? Both mainboard, Windows, graphics card and Adobe? If yes for everything, I would write directly to Adobe support.

tried to install this graka, 6pin in, blue light of graka on, all fans of pc were running, but screen, mouse and keyboard had no signal, can anyone help me?
