In order to be able to charge a notebook with a power bank, the notebook's power supply specifications must match the specifications of the power bank. Such a power bank must also be capable of Power Delivery, Quick Charge 3.0 is intended for smartphones with Qualcomm processors, unfortunately it is not possible to charge a notebook with this power bank. Such a power bank could be used, for example, which has Power Delivery 65 watts: Sandberg Powerbank 20000 PD65W+2xQC3.0 (20000 mAh, 65 W)
No, the unit does not accumulate when used individually. Output 1 still has only 1A and the second 2.1A.
