Does anyone have experience with this screen and business laptops that are heavily locked down. Does a driver or similar need to be installed or does it work without problems?

Which USB-C cable do I need to use the monitor as a USB hub (including charging the connected notebook and LAN connection)?

I've had the screen for 1 year and I'm very happy with it. Only the USB-C/USB-C cable supplied is a bit short, although it works very well. I connect my laptop via this cable for data transfer and for its power supply. What longer cable should I consider? I've already tried a longer cable but it doesn't work.

Hi, I'm looking for a curved screen to connect to my 2021 iMac24 as the main screen and/or using the iMac as a secondary screen, is this possible?

When I connect the screen using the USB C cable supplied, it does not work. The connector on the screen that says PC. It looks like a different USB connector than the familiar USB C or the old USB connector. It looks bigger. Do I need to buy a special USB to USB C cable?

I bought this screen, but the integrated KVM switch does NOT recognise the mouse and keyboard when I connect via HDMI from the screen to my laptop. The image is transferred correctly, but the USB type A (mouse + keyboard plug, which is connected directly to the Samsung screen) has NO power and therefore does not work. However, if I then connect my business laptop via USB C, everything suddenly works. (Picture + mouse + keyboard). What could be the problem? I also have a USB C port on my private laptop, but when I try it that way, it doesn't even transfer the image, let alone the mouse and keyboard. The only thing that works is that the laptop charges, i.e. it gets power via USB C. Could it be that something so simple and mundane just does NOT work? Would be incredibly grateful if anyone has any tips so that I don't feel like I'm the only one with this problem again.

I have read in the product ratings that the mouse and keyboard are not recognised by the docking station. Has anyone used a mouse and keyboard with a dongle on the monitor or tested this?

I bought this screen. However, the "Split Screen" function is not included in the menu. This means that if I only have one source (e.g. laptop) and I want to split my curved monitor as 2 screens, I always have to do this manually (also possible with the Windows key combination). But the problem is that this always has to be set up manually AND if I want to "share" my screen with others, I can't just share the "left" or "right only" half of the screen. The others then always see the entire screen. This is extremely tedious and if I had known this, I would not have bought the screen. Furthermore, the wireless mouse and keyboard are not recognised by the integrated KVM switch. (USB plug). I still have to plug the USB connector directly into the laptop. I have tried all USB plugs on the monitor, but the mouse/keyboard does not react with any of them! Strange, I was really looking forward to these functions.....

There are apparently three versions of the screen at different prices. The S34C652VAU is the only one with an integrated camera, but the only one without HDR The LS34C652UAUXEN and the "S6 - S65TC" have no camera, but are otherwise identical (in terms of features) to the S34C652VAU The S6 - S65TC (white) differs from the LS34C652UAUXEN (black) only in terms of colour. Can you confirm this or am I still missing differences?

What is the distance from the wall to the centre of the screen if you place the monitor right up against the wall? (My desk is quite narrow)

The screen worked for the first 2 days and now it seems to turn on but doesn't display any menus or images. I tried rebooting. Nothing works.

Hi, I bought this screen and connected my Macbook M2 (2022) via the USB-C supplied. The screen then told me that the optimum resolution was 3440 x 1440 with 100 hertz. However, my Macbook can only be set to 60 hertz. The display is now disappointingly pixelated. Can anyone help me here? Importantly, I only want to connect the device via USB-C.

Hello, Has anyone had the problem that the screen is recognised by the laptop but the image remains black? I don't see any LED light that would indicate that the screen is on, but as I said, the screen is recognised, I can change the settings, etc., but it just stays black.
