Which wall bracket (with arm) is compatible with this device? Somehow I can't find it. The screw spacing for the fixation is either 28 cm or 58 cm wide...

this TV set is not VESA compatible, it can only be mounted on the wall with its two brackets included in the delivery, on the back there are threaded holes to fix the two plates, both vertically and horizontally, the distance is approx. 58 cm and another 2 at approx. 28 cm (at the top)

I bought the Samsung The Frame 32" from you a few weeks ago. As the WLAN module is unfortunately very weak, I would now like to connect the TV via LAN cable. According to the description, there should be a network connection (RJ45), but I can't find a corresponding connection on the device - there isn't one on the One Connect Box either. Can you please tell me where this connection is located or whether this model actually has a LAN port?

The model does not actually have a LAN connection (RJ45), neither on the TV nor on the One Connect Box. This 32-inch model only connects to the Internet via WLAN. If you prefer a wired connection, a separate USB-to-Ethernet adapter is required as there is no integrated LAN port.

WARNING for anyone who wants to buy this TV: I wanted it for Christmas together with a wall bracket for the kitchen. What a disappointment when I unpacked it: the TV is extremely deep, more than 10cm together with the power cable. It is not suitable for wall mounting as it protrudes far into the room and there is no flat surface on the back for a wall bracket. When wall-mounted, it protrudes deep into the room and shows its full ugliness. You can't see this in the pictures. Absolutely unusable.

How big is the internal memory? I already own a 32" frame from 2016 and only use it as a digital picture frame. Disadvantage: it only has 500 MB memory, which is enough for about 300 pictures. Can anyone tell me if the storage space is larger on the current model? Thank you already😃

As far as I know, the 2023 model has no internal memory... (but I'm not 100% sure about that) What I do know is that you can connect USB sticks and I currently have one with 16GB connected which is also recognised. (I don't have any larger ones to test)
