No, the TV is certainly not bad and has a great picture. Your device probably has a problem and is a warranty case. I would try a reset to factory settings and if that doesn't help, make a warranty claim.

Qe65s90c have 144hz in the product details , the 55 is 120hz or 144hz?

Hello everyone. Does anyone know how to remove the Samsung TV Plus app? It's quite annoying and I don't want adverts for a TV I bought for more than 1000 CHF. I've tried the 'Edit List' icon but it turns grey and can't be selected. Thank you very much!

From the Samsung support page: "Samsung TV Plus is a built-in function of your Samsung TV and cannot be completely removed. However, if you delete all channels from Samsung TV Plus, the app will no longer appear on your TV unless a new channel is added." https://www.samsung.com/ch/support/tv-audio-video/was-ist-samsung-tv-plus-und-wie-kann-ich-es-nutzen/ There are probably some Tizen hacks you could look for. I don't know anything about that. In general, I assume that we all had to agree somewhere in the terms and conditions to be shown adverts. A very cumbersome business model. But once again, an actor like the EU has to intervene to change that.
