If I pair my headphones via Bluetooth, they also work and I can receive the sound via the headphones, then I can set the clock afterwards, after 15 minutes the unit switches to Artmode. When I switch the device on again, I have to activate the headphones again and then the device switches back to Artmode after 15 minutes. No absence functions etc. are activated. A complete reset has been carried out. Another problem, Bose Soundbar connected via HDMI. It is often not found automatically, or I have no sound at all, neither from the TV set speakers nor from the soundbar. After a short time, the unit switches to Artmode. And this happens again and again. Last but not least, there are days when no external devices are paired and the unit simply switches to Artmode at some point. It is switched on again and it repeats itself. Only a complete power interruption can remedy this. The problems with Bluetooth then persist. That can't be normal! The software is also up to date. Do I have to contact the customer service or does anyone know what to do?

What is the difference between 4.0 and 3.0? Why is the price without promotion significantly higher than the price of the newer 4.0?

Samsung The Frame 3.0 has Edge LED, i.e. arranged on the side / Samsung The Frame 4.0 has Full Array LED, i.e. many LEDs, arranged over the entire surface and Full Array Local Dimming. LCD TVs with full array local dimming technology are much better than conventional LCD TVs. Where the LEDs don't shine, there's True Black - just like on OLED TVs. So Samsung The Frame 4.0 has a better picture than Samsung The Frame 3.0 The price can only be a mistake and should be lower than Samsung The Frame 4.0.

Hello Together I have a few questions: 1. how wide is the plug from the TV to the oneConnect box? Since we are planning a cable conduit in the wall, this information would be useful. 2. how suitable is this TV for gaming? PS4pro 3. is there a good soundbar (or just speakers with bass) from Marshall? or another manufacturer with retro design? This should then have an optical connection. Tips? Thanks and greetings

I have now bought the monitor! 1. plug is approx. 4.6cm wide 2. good picture, but I'm now gaming on a monitor. 3. the soundbar Samsung HW-N400 I can recommend very well! We are very happy with the Frame 3.0! The Ambition Mode of the new Samsung models would have been nice to integrate.

Hello Is it possible to mount the Frame 3.0 from the ceiling with wire ropes? Our wall is too thin 😢

In principle, that should work. You could also attach a wire rope to the VESA mount. But with a weight of more than 18 kg, you would have to attach the corresponding fasteners in the ceiling. The disadvantage here is of course the cabling ... It will be difficult to hide it!

I looked at a frame in the digitec showroom today with initial intentions to buy and was extremely disappointed with the Art Mode: it is subjectively extremely dark, white is not white - and apparently cannot be adjusted in brightness. Can anyone confirm this - or can anyone disagree?

The brightness can be adjusted. However, the picture then looks more like a normal screen and the power consumption is higher.
