Yes, the Samsung QE85T digital signage screen can also be used as a TV in the home, but it does not natively have typical smart TV functions.

Unfortunately, this monitor does not feature any WIFI capability, even with a dongle.

Is this device really equipped with Samsung Tizen Display? It is to be used for Sklera Signage. Samsung Smart Signage is required, the data sheet refers to Samsung LH43QETELGC, the Samsung website does not list this device.

LH43QETELGC is the base model, "XEN" is the country suffix. It should be the following model: https://www.samsung.com/at... The specifications on the Samsung page are not detailed enough, but the device should be equipped with Tizen 4.0 (VDLinux) as OS, according to the supplier.

Is the remote connection easy to establish, stable after the connection is established and is the Excel or the presentation effectively transmitted well or is it often distorted or otherwise not nicely displayed? Are there other/better ways of transferring the data from the laptop to the screen?

We don't use this TV yet, but if by remote connection you mean the Magic Info function, I can tell you that we have been using another TV at the company's reception for about 3 years and it works fine. You have to get used to the Magic Info Lite Player and then it works. In our case, we have set up schedules with various PDF, PPT and MP4 files.
