I would recommend the connection via Toskink. Then you don't block an HDMI input: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/delock-digital-audio-zu-analog-hd-konverter-audio-switch-digital-analog-audio-adapter-12256230. Don't forget; a Toslink cable would have to be ordered as well.

Is the TV compatible with Apple TV?

The Apple TV app is available. However, the TV is not suitable for streaming because the processor of the TV is not very powerful. There was once a discussion about this in this community. If necessary, I would look it up.

Hello, yes, that's possible. However, I think that almost six hundred francs is too much for this TV. For example, the Philips 43PUS8507 is currently available from the competition for CHF 449. Then you have Dolby Vision, a VRR (if gaming is an issue for you) and of course the Ambilight. I'd go for that one.

Hello, the "Optical" output delivers a digital signal. You need to use a digital to analog converter, a "dac audio converter", that is to say a "Digital to Analog Converter". There are several on the market. The "LINKFOR Dac Audio Converter" looks really good because it uses the TV's USB port for power (no need to plug in) and has an RCA and headphone output. I suggest you watch the presentation on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0YpZar4zFpc Good luck!

I don't know - I found a Samsung Soundbar HW-Q800T at a good price. But I still have to install it tomorrow. I think a BOSE soundbar would also work. The best thing to do is to look at the operating instructions (you have to download them from the internet). Then you might find out more. Have fun.
