Without Samsung Pay means that you cannot pay with the watch (SM-R920NZKAEUE)! With Samsung Pay you can store a credit or debit card and pay with it. To be able to use Samsung Pay, however, you also need Samsung Pay or Samsung Wallet on your mobile. (new Samsung Wallet) You can then import the cards you have stored there into the watch and use the watch to pay. In addition to Samsung Pay, there are other small differences, e.g. the colour, but I don't know if you can see that.

The Galaxy Watch 5 Pro BT only supports Bluetooth, but there is a second model the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro LTE which supports LTE.
The Watch 5 Pro has a strap with a magnetic clasp. (Without pin clasp)

To get the Buds you have to go to the Samsung website and upload the purchase confirmation of your Watch to the offer, then Samsung should send a confirmation within 5 days and within another 45 days the Buds should be delivered.
Dig I tec itself is not responsible for the Bonus Buds (unfortunately) but Samsung, I would check with them.
