Galaxy Buds Live, the offer says, would be included. Almost four weeks ago, Samsung announced that it would send them to me "in the next few days". But I have not received the Galaxy Buds Live. And Samsung support does not respond to enquiries. Has anyone had any other experiences?

I have the same problem. I was told that I would receive a tracking number in the next few days. Now it's been several weeks and no info...

It worked for me - only at the beginning there was a message that something was missing - but I couldn't enter any other numbers or anything, so I replied and then it worked (without any additional data that was supposedly missing). After that, the buds arrived relatively quickly.

We have received the registration for your promotional product and after checking your registration, I was able to determine that you will receive your Buds Live. In addition, I have checked your registration with regard to the delivery date.

Your current status is: Shipping in preparation.
You will receive a notification from us as soon as the Buds Live are delivered.

Please note that according to the terms and conditions, delivery is normally instructed within 45 working days. The watch was bought at digitec. So in my opinion, it's up to digitec.
