Question about Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro BT
Galaxy Buds Live, the offer says, would be included. Almost four weeks ago, Samsung announced that it would send them to me "in the next few days". But I have not received the Galaxy Buds Live. And Samsung support does not respond to enquiries. Has anyone had any other experiences?
That's exactly how I feel, I wrote to Samsung support and received no reply! I now expect Digitec to take action here!
I have the same problem. I was told that I would receive a tracking number in the next few days. Now it's been several weeks and no info...
It worked for me - only at the beginning there was a message that something was missing - but I couldn't enter any other numbers or anything, so I replied and then it worked (without any additional data that was supposedly missing). After that, the buds arrived relatively quickly.
I received mine today and registered the watch with Samsung on 15 Sept.
That's exactly how I feel, I wrote to Samsung support and received no reply! I now expect Digitec to take action here!
