Yes Samsung Pay is supported and the connection has always been excellent for me.
Unfortunately no, mobile phone or wifi must be nearby. Only the 4G variant works
without a mobile phone. However, it requires the mobile phone provider to activate the e-sim, which is probably subject to a charge.

3. disconnect (not tones & vibration)

Yes, it has always worked for me. Even in standalone mode without smartphone/LTE.
You can pay with the watch using Samsung Pay, and yes, you can also pay with a Swiss card. I currently use neon and Visa from Viseca. This should also work abroad if the seller offers contactless payment. Otherwise, ask your own bank whether they offer Samsung Pay!
