This is within reason, Various Samsung apps cannot be deactivated, including Samsung Cloud & Galaxy Store (not so bad, logging in is not mandatory + the other Samsung apps). Samsung Daily Board can be deactivated. Regarding fast processor: Web browser and Google Docs / Sheets / Keep etc run reasonably smoothly, but a little patience is required.
