Only the 128 GB Version has 8GB Ram, others with 256GB or 512GB has 12GB Ram

I have never heard that this problem is widespread. I can't confirm that for me either.

Yes, of course, an NFC chip is built in so that payment services, e.g. TWINT, can be used.
Digitec sells both versions, but the Snapdragon version is not really optimised for our networks, so some things may not work. You can find out which version it is by looking at the SM number. At Digitec, the device is even advertised as (Snapdragon), so there's no need to search for it.
