This is the US version.
Yes, according to my research, Dual-SIM (SIM 1 + eSIM) works on both versions (Snapdragon and Exynos cpus) and is not somehow restricted within the EU. You can find more info here:

Here is the answer from our supplier: They are all pre-installed at the factory. We received no further information.
According to the information linked here, no. Only referred to Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, S21+ 5G or S21Ultra
5G (without Snapdragon). In case there should be any uncertainties in the future, such promotions are usually communicated on Galaxus directly with the respective articles. It's usually below the product specifications. I hope that I was able to help with this.
