Since some Samsung mobile phones have region locks, we recommend to use a Swiss SIM card for the first use. After that you should be able to freely use any SIM card. If there is still any inquiry regarding a SIM lock you can also contact Samsung directly and give them the IMEI number of your product, so they can unlock your phone. The Samsung A3 you might be looking for is the following one. Samsung Galaxy A3 (2016) (4.70", 16GB, 13MP, Black)
No, the SIM-Cards are unified worldwide. You just need a microSIM card from a carrier that supports this phones bandwiths.
I have no idea. I'm not that familiar with such things. Sorry
I don't know, because the J3 is no longer in service
No.
Yes, memory can be expanded with a microSD card in addition to two SIM cards.

Good question, apparently the software versions differ depending on the country and hardware. https://www.androidheadlines.com/2017/06/samsung-galaxy-j3-2016-gets-may-2017-security-patch.html Samsung will hardly support the device much longer, I wouldn't hope for the latest software anyway (7.0/8.0 will never come). At this point, I'd rather recommend the 2017 version, which is pretty much better: Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) Duos (5", 16GB, Dual SIM, 13MP, Black)
This has long since disappeared from new Samsung products. The menu button is so 2012...
