Thanks for the hint, I have just reported the wrong picture. Lego Minecraft is available here:

Unfortunately, we do not offer repairs ourselves. If the headphones have a defect with the battery, this would fall under the warranty (if this happens within the 24 months).
My wife uses them every day with her PC, tablet and phone.
However, I'm not sure whether they can be connected to several devices at the same time. Try switching off Bluetooth on the phone.
I suspect you haven't pushed it deep enough into your ear. It takes a little careful practice until you get the hang of it. But then they actually fit tightly enough. It's only when you yawn that the tight fit sometimes comes loose. I used the smallest ear moulds.
The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro cannot be located when the case is closed. The tracking function depends on the connection to the device and only works when the earbuds are removed from the case and connected to a compatible device.
Unfortunately, we do not have the original ear pads in our range, but you could use universal attachments: Hama silicone replacement ear cushions, size S - L, 6 pieces, black + various colours
If you want the original ones, you would have to contact Samsung directly: https://www.samsung.com/ch/support/contact/
There is currently no Samsung cashback promotion linked to this item on our site, so we do not have any more detailed information. However, it is possible that our proof of purchase can be used for an external promotion, please contact the organiser of the promotion.
I have not yet been able to find a plausible reason why the "Graphite" variant cannot be ordered for collection. It may be a technical error. It is being clarified and I hope that a solution can be found soon.
I also experienced a deterioration in the devices for a few months this year, although this could not (only) have been due to the firmware, as the phenomenon occurred independently of this. In my case, the ANC was much worse, so that activating it only led to a change in the perceived ambient noise, not to the previously very good reduction. The buds were also slightly quieter.
This is no longer as pronounced, but still not as good as it was at the beginning.
If you were not satisfied with the sound from the start and compare them with other buds (i.e. not with over-ear headphones), your buds may also have a different problem.
