According to our supplier this product has a hybrid system. This means that you have the possibility to put two SIMs or one SIM and a memory card. We are sorry for the confusion, the information will be corrected as soon as possible.

Hybrid dual SIM means that the phone has two slots, so you can either put in two SIM cards or one SIM and one memory card.
If it is dual SIM then it is designed for just two SIM cards.
As far as the EU designation is concerned, this means that it is an imported product and not intended for the Swiss market initially. It will work perfectly, only some options like Samsung Pay or internet calls may not be available.
