Can I insert two sim cards and an SSD memory card into the Samusung A22 or is the second sim card slot only for either the SSD memory or the sim card?

Yes it is possible, there is a separate slot for SIM card. These two smartphones offer better hardware (5GB+2GB RAM, better cameras, OLED screen instead of TFT, includes Fast Charger with 33 watts instead of 16 and the charger is also included) and would support two SIM Plus MicroSD card expansion as well: Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S (128 GB, Graphite gray, 6.43 ", Dual SIM + SD, 108 Mpx, 4G) POCO M4 Pro (128 GB, Power Black, 6.43 ", Dual SIM, 64 Mpx, 4G)

I would use this smartphone in Brazil as it is marked as (EU), do I have any restrictions?

Hello, unfortunately I can't help you because I bought the smartphone for my mother and she doesn't use it abroad.
