Good day Obviously I only bought one of the two cards, but as far as I can tell, they are completely identical in terms of specifications. Digitec also has a second offer for this card at the same price as Galaxus. Samsung Evo+ (microSDXC, 512GB, U3, UHS-I) The more expensive Digitec offer is probably simply an older model still being sold at the price at the time. I hope this helps you, otherwise I can only say that I am completely satisfied with the Galaxus card so far.

The more expensive one (MB-MC512GA/EU) is the 2018 verison, while this one (MB-MC512HA/EU) is the latest 2020 version. According to the specs on the Samsung homepage, there is no difference. (Only some product certificates for South America and New Zealand seem to be different)

Microsoft Surface Book 3 is a laptop. It depends on whether this laptop has an integrated card reader. It definitely fits with an adapter to USB. The SD card is very good for smartphones.

I would rely entirely on the manufacturer's specifications and the product description. Product description: "With the EVO Plus' high read and write speeds of up to 100 MB/s and 90 MB/s respectively, you can transfer photos and videos to your notebook or other devices with minimal delay." Manufacturer's claim: "Read speed up to 100 MB/s, write speed up to 90MB/s." And yes, according to the manufacturer's number, this should be a 2020 model. Everywhere else this is also given as U3, so seems to be an error in the item name - I have reported a corresponding error message below the specifications. I hope that I have been able to help with this.

Hello Use in your smartphone is certainly possible according to the Samsung homepage. Storage of the backup is also possible. However, the question is how useful this is. It is generally better to store the backup in a separate location (PC, notebook, external HD...).

microSD/microSDHC/microSDXC is all microSD. The only difference is the capacity and the file format. Definition: SD = Secure Digital are memory cards up to 4 GB with the file format "FAT16". SDHC = Secure Digital High Capacity is the designation for SD cards with 4 GB - 32GB storage space with the newer file format "FAT32". SDXC = SD eXtended Capacity are memory cards with 48GB up to 2TB storage space and the file system "exFAT".
