Can the device be worn on the left as well as on the right? Is it only suitable for making calls or can it also be used to listen to music (e.g. Spotify)?

yes it can be worn on both sides. Unfortunately, only one device can be paired. Sound quality and microphone are good so far. I would not buy it for listening to music.

With the iPhone 7, the sound only works when I make a phone call via the headset. I would also like to play the sound from YouTube etc. via it. How does that work?

Unfortunately, it doesn't work with Android either!

The device is supplied without a charger... Is item 6307776 compatible? There is no indication in the manual or on the manufacturer's website.

According to our information, this product can be charged with any micro-USB cable. Item 3527684 is therefore compatible.
