Hi, I bought the same mashine from galaxus a year ago. I haven't got a similar issue. I always use freshly roasted beans and my frind setting is between 13-16. The few times I have tried a finer gridnsize (11-12) and with a pack screen the output was indeed a few drops of undrinkable coffee but I found this normal. Maybe your coffee mashine has an issue
