Hello, I haven't received the accessories (strap, spare foot caps, foot holder). I only received the storage bag and 2 keys. Is this normal? Has this happened to other customers?

Which quick release plate fits the Rollei Compact Traveler No1? All the plates I look at are too wide for the tripod head.

Is this the same tripod as the "Rollei Compact Traveler No 1 C (Carbon/Orange)"? Just in black? Or is this an old version? I'm a bit confused by the single product picture and the fact that you can't switch the other colour variant... This is possible with the aluminium versions...

I am looking for a second quick release plate, in the document there is no reference, no reference either on the head of the tripod. It is announced a compatibility with Arca Swiss, and on their site there is a warning: "Some suppliers abusively announce a compatibility when it is not the case". All these plates are so similar... I'm not going to buy a second tripod !!!! In advance, many thanks to anyone who can help me.
