Questions about Rollei Compact Traveler No. 1

Hello, I haven't received the accessories (strap, spare foot caps, foot holder). I only received the storage bag and 2 keys. Is this normal? Has this happened to other customers?

Which quick release plate fits the Rollei Compact Traveler No1? All the plates I look at are too wide for the tripod head.

I am looking for a second quick release plate, in the document there is no reference, no reference either on the head of the tripod. It is announced a compatibility with Arca Swiss, and on their site there is a warning: "Some suppliers abusively announce a compatibility when it is not the case". All these plates are so similar...
