Questions about Roccat Vulcan 122 Aimo

Are there finally replacement cups as a set for the keyboard or do you still have to send in the whole keyboard? I find the whole thing an imposition, as the paint really does come off on each one.

Is the key layout Swiss German (CH-DE) or Swiss French (CH-FR)?

Is there any way to order the Wrist Pad separately?

Has the manufacturer corrected the paint problem on the white model in the last year? I can't see myself spending my time returning the product every 5 months.

Product purchased on 09.02.2020 and shows extreme signs of wear, colour of the most important "caps" W, A, S, D is dissolving! Is this a warranty case or not?

If you buy the warranty extension to 5 years, are you also protected from flaking keys during this extended warranty period, or does this count as "normal" wear and tear?

What is the difference between the Roccat Vulcan 122 Aimo CH, Cable and the Roccat Vulcan 121 AIMO CH, Cable just the colour? And especially for those who know. I have problems with my eyes, I currently own a Roccat Ryos MK FX and whatever colour I choose, I find that I can't see some of the keys very well. Do you think the Vulcan is much better on this point which is the most important for me, because the one I have otherwise works well, I don't want to change for the sake of changing.

I am planning to get this product. However, I have often come across a moment from the past which has shown that these keycaps wear out and this white coating dissolves. Is this still the case or has Team Roccat taken another look at the manufacturing process?

Has anyone needed the Easy Shift function? It doesn't work at all for me: My steps: 1. start Roccat Swarm 2. key configuration tab selected 3. caps-lock is set to Easy-Shift[+]. 4. number 1 is set to macro which should write the text "test" (apply executed) 5. start Notepad 6. in Notepad: press Caps-Lock and 1 simultaneously - The number 1 is written instead of the text "test". - In Windows it is shown that Caps-Lock is active (as I have read in forums, however, the key should be overwritten with Easy-Shift?) - All other functions, e.g. with the fn key, work without problems.

It says CH layout, but the pictures show DE layout... Which one is it? :b
