Definitely not. If the livestream runs continuously, the battery life is probably not even 24 hours. For this, you need a camera that is connected to the mains, such a battery camera is rather intended for "detection", i.e. to trigger an alarm when a person enters the area. Then it lasts 3-6 weeks, depending on how often someone is in the area or how often you call up the livestream.
I can recommend the following product to you: Toshiba Exceria M302 microSDHC U1 (16GB, Class 10)
Or if you need more memory: Samsung EVO - microSDHC Card (64GB, Class 10)
Try it under Settings/Display (then swipe upwards, it has more items to set further down).
I don't have access to my Argus 2 at the moment, but on the Argus 3 and the Lumus there is a slider to switch the watermark on and off.
Good luck!
Hello, access via the app or directly via the SD card? If there is nothing left on the SD card, then either the recording was not activated or the data has already been overwritten (check: is the SD card full?) In the app, you can move the month - and depending on the WLAN speed, it may take 2-3 seconds for the information to load when something was recorded. Otherwise, go back one month and then one month forward again.
Maybe delete the app and reinstall everything and only on one mobile phone.that's how I had it toođ.now reinstall everything and only on one mobile phone. As soon as I install the same camera on two phones, it doesn't work again.then I don't get any more push ups.but this way it works perfectly again.
The best thing to do is to contact our customer service helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/en/requests/new directly. Your request can then be checked individually.
That does sound like a defect, mine have never done that. Since you have two of them, you could insert the battery from the other camera into the new one - then you will know whether the problem is with the battery or with the camera. Either way, I would recommend that you create a warranty claim in your account and send the complete scope of delivery to the address given there.
I have found the following page where various solutions are suggested: https://reolink.com/de/loesungen-ueberwachungskamera-funktioniert-nicht/?gclid=CjwKCAjw47eFBhA9EiwAy8kzNJ_re2Dz0LvoZmX3dB-ZOEADHmpOg_eHkEBrcLJqdnUxmjdxpYHGdxoCRSoQAvD_BwE
Is it perhaps because the internal memory is already full and the oldest recordings have been automatically deleted? The camera has a slot for an external memory card with which you can expand the internal memory.
The Reolink website states that the cloud is only offered for the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Other countries are to follow. Does this mean that I cannot save any recordings online in Switzerland? Will the recordings then only be saved on the microSD card? What happens if, for example, a burglar takes the camera? The battery is charged via a USB cable. But there is no mains adapter for the camera. Could I build myself a permanent external power supply (without a solar panel) by installing a universal UBS charger, for example from AUKEY, on the camera which supplies the camera with power permanently? Thanks for your help!
Servus,
Correct Cloud availability does not yet exist in Switzerland. This means that the recordings are "only" saved on the MicroSD. However, you can download the videos via Wifi / Reolink App to your mobile phone/PC. This saves having to go to the camera :).
Power supply without solar panel is of course possible. As long as the output is micro USB, the camera is not very interested.
In my case, a power supply unit from a defective baby monitor was used here again.
Hope that helps.
Many greetings
Hello Susanne
How do you use the camera? Is the camera activated by a movement, does it record continuously or do you want to operate it in interval mode (e.g. one picture every minute)?
I have several cameras in use in the meantime and am very satisfied with the product. When the SD memory is full, the oldest recording is overwritten, at least that's how I set it. With 2 MB per video of 15 - 30 sec. you can save many pictures.
I have partly linked the cameras with the Reolink Cloud. This variant also works perfectly. Either way, I have never reached the capacity limit. The battery life is also very good. With few activated cameras, it lasts 3 months.
Conclusion - 64 GB should be sufficient in motion-activated surveillance mode. For continuous operation, I recommend a cloud, NAS, etc. solution. solution.
Greetings M.
PoE and WiFi cameras identify movement by comparing the two frames (before and after). If there is a difference between the two frames, the motion detection alarm is triggered.
For example, false alarms caused by day/night mode shifts are inevitable due to the working principles and algorithm of motion detection. Intense movements such as rain/snowflakes, insects attracted to IR lights can also cause frequent alarms for which there may not be a good solution.
To reduce false alarms, you can try these two suggestions:
Determine working time: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012344054
Determine motion detection area: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013605013-How-to-Setup-Motion-Detection-Area-for-Reolink-Cameras

Can the Argus2 you sell do time-lapse photography? What hardware versions do the cameras you sell have?
I bought the Argus2 from Microspot on the recommendation of a friend explicitly for time-lapse recordings. Unfortunately, the type sold by Microspot does not support this function (apparently there are several hardware versions for the Argus 2).
Excerpt from the Reolink website:
Reolink battery-powered cameras (with updated firmware).
RLC-510A; RLC-520A; RLC-810A; RLC-811A; RLC-820A; RLC-822A; RLC-1220A;
Argus 2; Argus Pro; Argus Eco; Argus 3; Argus PT; Reolink Go PT
Notice:
1. other models (which have hardware versions such as IPC_381/IPC_513/IPC_515 etc.) do not support TimeLapse even with updated firmware. Only cameras with hardware version IPC_523128M support TimeLapse.
