Servus, Correct Cloud availability does not yet exist in Switzerland. This means that the recordings are "only" saved on the MicroSD. However, you can download the videos via Wifi / Reolink App to your mobile phone/PC. This saves having to go to the camera :). Power supply without solar panel is of course possible. As long as the output is micro USB, the camera is not very interested. In my case, a power supply unit from a defective baby monitor was used here again. Hope that helps. Many greetings

Definitely not. If the livestream runs continuously, the battery life is probably not even 24 hours. For this, you need a camera that is connected to the mains, such a battery camera is rather intended for "detection", i.e. to trigger an alarm when a person enters the area. Then it lasts 3-6 weeks, depending on how often someone is in the area or how often you call up the livestream.

Where to set the watermark

Try it under Settings/Display (then swipe upwards, it has more items to set further down). I don't have access to my Argus 2 at the moment, but on the Argus 3 and the Lumus there is a slider to switch the watermark on and off. Good luck!

Hello Susanne How do you use the camera? Is the camera activated by a movement, does it record continuously or do you want to operate it in interval mode (e.g. one picture every minute)? I have several cameras in use in the meantime and am very satisfied with the product. When the SD memory is full, the oldest recording is overwritten, at least that's how I set it. With 2 MB per video of 15 - 30 sec. you can save many pictures. I have partly linked the cameras with the Reolink Cloud. This variant also works perfectly. Either way, I have never reached the capacity limit. The battery life is also very good. With few activated cameras, it lasts 3 months. Conclusion - 64 GB should be sufficient in motion-activated surveillance mode. For continuous operation, I recommend a cloud, NAS, etc. solution. solution. Greetings M.

Hello, access via the app or directly via the SD card? If there is nothing left on the SD card, then either the recording was not activated or the data has already been overwritten (check: is the SD card full?) In the app, you can move the month - and depending on the WLAN speed, it may take 2-3 seconds for the information to load when something was recorded. Otherwise, go back one month and then one month forward again.

Maybe delete the app and reinstall everything and only on one mobile phone.that's how I had it too😏.now reinstall everything and only on one mobile phone. As soon as I install the same camera on two phones, it doesn't work again.then I don't get any more push ups.but this way it works perfectly again.

PoE and WiFi cameras identify movement by comparing the two frames (before and after). If there is a difference between the two frames, the motion detection alarm is triggered. For example, false alarms caused by day/night mode shifts are inevitable due to the working principles and algorithm of motion detection. Intense movements such as rain/snowflakes, insects attracted to IR lights can also cause frequent alarms for which there may not be a good solution. To reduce false alarms, you can try these two suggestions: Determine working time: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012344054 Determine motion detection area: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013605013-How-to-Setup-Motion-Detection-Area-for-Reolink-Cameras If there is no improvement, please contact our customer service directly: https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new

That does sound like a defect, mine have never done that. Since you have two of them, you could insert the battery from the other camera into the new one - then you will know whether the problem is with the battery or with the camera. Either way, I would recommend that you create a warranty claim in your account and send the complete scope of delivery to the address given there.
