Hello together I would like to purchase the Rwmko RKL 495 DC and route the "outer hose" to the outside through a cranked window. Can the hose be removed and refitted without special tools? Will removing and refitting the hose damage the appliance? Many thanks and best regards

Hello, I'm not a pro at understanding information on energy consumption. On the monoblocs it says 1.5Kwh per hour, whereas here it says 318/annum. What does this mean?

According to the listed specs it seems the Argo Ulisse 13 DCI Eco is quieter than the Remko RKL 495 DC: 42db(A) vs 62db(A). How much louder is this in reality, and does anyone have experience or comments on this? Thanks

I find that the RKL 495 DC runs very quietly. I used to have a split unit that was about 13 years older, but it was extremely loud. This one, on the other hand, cools wonderfully and I find it completely quiet, it doesn't even disturb when watching TV or talking to people. So thumbs up for the RKL 495 DC.

On the outdoor unit, does the condensate water evaporate to the air or does it drain and leave a mess? Also anyone compare it to the Argo Ulisse 13 DCI Eco? What's best? Thank you.

Hello, yes, that's exactly how it works. The condensate evaporates in the outdoor unit. I think the unit is not bad. It is, in night mode, one of the quietest units. The remote control takes a little getting used to and doesn't react quite as quickly as one would like. Otherwise, it's a good device. Greetings Colin
