I have read several times that the heatset is noisy, is it possible that all PS4 users have no problem but PC users have exactly the same noise? Then it would not be usable for me either, as I would also like to use it for PC operation.

So far I haven't noticed any noise and I've been using this headset on the PC for quite a while.

Is the only difference to the Razer Thresher 7.1 Gaming Headset that this set comes with a stand?

No. This is the stand with integrated base station to easily switch between console and PC and not just the stand that is usually available as an accessory.

Is this headset also compatible for the pc? And does the stand have any advantage e.g. charging station or something?

Yes, the headset is also compatible with PCs. However, the stand only serves as a holder.
