I haven't found the model with a CH layout at other retailers either, it's sold everywhere with a US layout.

Check your profile under "Orders" to see if "Partial delivery activated" is set for your order. This is not directly the answer to your question, but I simply swapped the keys on my keyboard. It doesn't look perfect because they are slanted differently, but it's not a problem for me.
They are linear/optical, comparable to the MX Red's. I am very happy with the switches btw.
