The mouse only works on the cable. Bluetooth or dongle connection not possible. It seems when no cable connection the mouse is without power. Battery is shown as fully charged. What could be the cause?

The mouse has no power without a cable, Deathadder V2pro. What could that be? The battery is included. Light only works when on the cable

Probably your charging dock is defective or not working, or you should try to update the firmware, it solved the issue for me
