Hey, if your keyboard is still under warranty, I would have it replaced by Digitec and not do anything myself for the time being. If the warranty has already expired, you can find various spare parts on ebay, aliexpress, amazon and co...

Exactly, as user TheRealBeaky correctly linked, there is the version with DE layout. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to procure the corresponding one with the CH layout, but we are still trying to organise it.

Unfortunately, it seems that this keyboard with CH layout and other switches is already sold out. We would only have the DE version with yellow and orange switches.

Yes all the keys can be removed and replaced without any problems. Do you need it for the change to QWERTY? Because the keyboard is already in Swiss QWERTZ layout.

Which characters do not light up exactly? The numeric keypad? Display for caps lock, scroll lock and num lock?

I don't have this keyboard, but I think the picture is a "typical" picture if the keyboard is Swiss, it will be a QWERTZ (normally).

Hey there. I'm not able to answer in your language, I'm not even sure wheter it's french or not. But you are asking about the switches, aren't you? Now the yellow ones are only available with the US layout and the orange ones just with 4 different layouts. Judging by those facts and the fact that every CH layout has always been equipped with green switches, this one should also utilize those green ones.
Hope that's what you wanted to know.
There are rarely if ever direct product images from the manufacturer for all the different keyboard layouts in the world for the same model.
Perhaps one of the many customers who have bought this product can take a photo and upload it to Imgur.com, for example. If it wasn't a CH layout, someone would have mentioned it in the reviews.
