The Raspberry PI 4 / 4GB is deliverable. I bought it at an official Raspberry Pi Shop in Switzerland. And got it after 2 days. I don't know why we should wait here for so Long.

RS Online states the end of January for the 8GB variant, Brack April... Whether these dates are reliable is unknown.
Other large distributors do not expect the 4GB version until 2023.
I would just register with the official resellers and get notified, or pre-order if possible.

If you sell and you accepted our payments, you should deliver. It's a matter of honesty, because there was some other trader online on the same day ready to take our payment and deliver, so this is not market fair at all.
I have been using my Raspberry PI 4 8GB since August 2020 with a Raspberry Pi Official Raspberry Pi 4 Power Adapter on the USB C port and it runs like a charm.
Revision 1.2 has been in circulation since 2019. Considering how high the demand is, I assume that there are no older revisions in stock. But that's just a guess.
We work with daily prices, which can be influenced by various factors such as purchasing conditions, stock levels and supply and demand. It can therefore happen that newer models are cheaper than their predecessors.
I suspect this has to do with the ongoing parts shortage. What I would recommend instead of this Raspberry is simply to buy the Raspberry Pi 400 kit, which is easy to get and is even clocked faster out of the box than a normal Raspberry Pi 4. If you don't necessarily have to use such Raspberry heads, you are better off with the Pi 400, because you also have a keyboard with it.

Why are the expected delivery dates specified so precisely and then not met? I can understand that bottlenecks can occur at the supplier. But then under no circumstances should a delivery date be specified! Just write "delivery date unknown".
My Raspi order is now the fourth in a row for which an exact delivery date was given (1.12.2021 in this case), but then one day AFTER the promised delivery the status was changed to "unfortunately the goods were not delivered to us".

You can save yourself the trouble of asking Digitec. The answer is not worth the paper it is written on.
Pi 4s are currently sold out in Switzerland in all variants. You can't get any in Germany either. Amazon is also empty, apart from a few offers >200.- If you do find something that is acceptable in price, you shouldn't think twice.
If you really need/want one, I can only advise you to not only hope for Digitec, but also to observe other shops. Especially shops and price portals where you can be notified automatically when a product is available or at a certain price and then buy it quickly.
