Raspberry Pi 4 8GB Model B
I don't think anyone will be able to answer this question for you... RS Online states the end of January for the 8GB variant, Brack April... Whether these dates are reliable is unknown. Other large distributors do not expect the 4GB version until 2023. I would just register with the official resellers and get notified, or pre-order if possible. https://www.raspberrypi.com/products/raspberry-pi-4-model-b/?variant=raspberry-pi-4-model-b-8gb
I feel the same. Here is when I had it purchased: Order 56041306 from 3.12.2021 18 months. 18 months? really? If you sell and you accepted our payments, you should deliver. It's a matter of honesty, because there was some other trader online on the same day ready to take our payment and deliver, so this is not market fair at all.
Approximately when? in the next 3 - 18 months You can save yourself the trouble of asking Digitec. The answer is not worth the paper it is written on. Pi 4s are currently sold out in Switzerland in all variants. You can't get any in Germany either. Amazon is also empty, apart from a few offers >200.- If you do find something that is acceptable in price, you shouldn't think twice. If you really need/want one, I can only advise you to not only hope for Digitec, but also to observe other shops. Especially shops and price portals where you can be notified automatically when a product is available or at a certain price and then buy it quickly. https://www.golem.de/news/chipknappheit-das-raspberry-pi-4-mit-4-gbyte-ist-verschwunden-2112-161939.html https://www.retrorgb.com/check-raspberry-pi-stock-easily-with-rpilocator.html
I have been using my Raspberry PI 4 8GB since August 2020 with a Raspberry Pi Official Raspberry Pi 4 Power Adapter on the USB C port and it runs like a charm.
We work with daily prices, which can be influenced by various factors such as purchasing conditions, stock levels and supply and demand. It can therefore happen that newer models are cheaper than their predecessors.
You have to buy one separately.
This offer is unfortunately sold out and can therefore no longer be offered by the external provider.
In this case, please contact our customer service directly so that you can be helped accordingly. helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/en/requests/new
Unfortunately, the product is still on backorder. We hope to be able to deliver again soon.
Unfortunately, we currently have no information on when the item will be available and when we will be able to deliver it. As soon as something changes in this regard, we will post it here.
ATTENTION: This product is NOT offered by digitec, but by JACOB.DE Therefore digitec has no influence on the sales price. Those who can read are clearly at an advantage. Regards
I can't understand that either... But it's not only Jacob, but also Pearl CH and especially Das Warenhaus. Very bad...
Unfortunately I don't know, I have installed Windows 10 ARM64, a Java programme is running and the CPU is at the limit.
Forget the information and messages from Digitec and be prepared for a possibly long waiting time. Perhaps unfortunately very long At the moment you can hardly get any Raspberry PI 3 + 4 at all, no matter how much RAM. No dealer in Switzerland still has anything in stock. Not even in Germany. https://www.golem.de/news/chipknappheit-das-raspberry-pi-4-mit-4-gbyte-ist-verschwunden-2112-161939.html
7 inch enclosure with corresponding touch screen, more air supply. Cooling standard with mini fan
Wow, 8GB is a pretty powerful server, I think the 4GB variant would also be enough. So there are passively cooled cases made of aluminium, that might be a good thing. But I wouldn't install a fan, they break down at some point. An aluminium case with aluminium bars on the inside, which then reach down to the components that need to be cooled, that would certainly be enough. I would take one of these: NEO Case for Raspberry Pi 4
What was the delivery status when you placed the order? Now it says "Delivered between 2.2 and 2.3". I might be able to sell you mine if you can cancel your order. I found out that the application I had intended to use does not run on the 8GB model.
Hello and yes, you can use the Raspi for all kinds of things, it depends a bit on how you want to design it and exactly which transmission options your wireless camera has... On the net (google ;) ? ) there are various blog articles, instructions, tutorials... But projects are always the best way to learn something you haven't focused on before and could do.... Hop that helps and e LG
No, a power supply unit is not included. You need one with at least 3A and USB-C. A micro SD card is also required.
The Raspi runs very well with all kinds of Linux variants, but it is too slow with Windows. Not usable as an office device with Windows, but with Linux it is.
