Hello, does anyone know why the keyboard keeps switching off?

Because the batteries only last 2 to 3 weeks. I will return my keyboard to Digitec.

Hi everyone, I connect the mouse and the keyboard via USB dongle to my notebook. The mouse works perfectly, but the keyboard does not react at all. I have already replaced the battery and it looks like the keyboard is locked. I know that there is a "key combination" to reactivate the keyboard, but I can't find it anymore:( Can anyone help me? It was a simple "key combination" to unlock...

The space bar only works in certain places, or does it almost have to be printed through the keyboard to generate a space? Is this a common problem with this model, or only with my machine?

Are the special keys (ä,ö,ü) normal next to P and L on this keyboard? Because I can't see them on the photo...

Hello Arthur, quite possibly - I've had the set for exactly one month now; three days ago, neither the mouse nor the keyboard made a sound. Because I wasn't that satisfied anyway, I got rid of both right away....
