Never ever. I gave this to my parents because of the E61 standard and because no milk frother is needed.
But the 10s are not right. I would say more like 10min.
It is ready within a very short time but not for the desired expresso taste.
I can only explain the quick readiness because it is equipped with "only" one boiler. But I am only a hobby expert ;)

The tamper is made of wood / metal and of good quality for a product that is not supplied with every machine.

The machine comes with 2 portafilters with 7 g and 14 g sieves. Unfortunately, we do not have any other accessories on offer.
